Steve and the kitchen team make our dough by hand every day. Each pizza is topped with fresh, seasonal ingredients and fired in the woodfire oven for a light, chewy crust and golden, bubbling cheese.
Flame opened in 2014, started by locals Steve and Jess. They both grew up in the Shoalhaven, and so did most of our team.

Yes. Most of our pizzas can be made on a gluten-free base, and we have vegetarian pizzas, pastas and salads. Look for GF and V on the menu.
Yes. Our function room seats up to 45 guests, with room for another 20 in the alfresco area. Shared set menus start at $44 per person (minimum 10 guests).
